Before your Appointment
You must register and reserve an appointment for your vaccination. You will receive an email confirmation of your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment is not reserved and we will not have a vaccine for you at the clinic. Scheduled appointments cannot be transferred to other family/friends or add anyone additional.
Vaccination
Please read the Moderna and Pzifer EUA (FDA Emergency Use Authorization) as we may have either one of these vaccinations at our clinic. The EUA’s will also be available at the clinic.
Arrival at the Clinic
Please arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible – do not come early. If you are registered, we have a vaccine for you. Please respect your assigned time. Early arrival leads to lack of available parking and an increased likelihood of waiting outside. If you are bringing someone that is unable to wait in line, you can do so for them and we can arrange for a pharmacist to provide the vaccination in the car.
What to bring with you
- Proper ID
- Insurance Information
- Vaccination Card (if receiving your second dose)
After the Clinic
You will receive an email closer to the time of the second dose clinic with a link to register for the second dose. Per the CDC, the recommended time period for a second dose is up to 42 days after the first dose with equal efficacy.
We humbly request that you please DO NOT CALL the PHARMACY to inquire when you will receive an appointment as we don’t have the definite time yet as it depends on vaccination supply that we receive every week.
- We truly understand the needs of our community and frustration with the overall process. Just note, we are also bound to follow state guidelines and process. We are dedicated and working hard to serve our community and get everyone vaccinated as fast as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
