Skippack Pharmacy – 5 Year Celebration – Skippack Pharmacy

In 2018, the previous owner of Skippack Pharmacy sold the pharmacy to CVS Pharmacy. It was not a coincidence. It was not planned. Patients were left floundering with no choice with their prescriptions sent up the street to CVS. It was at this time, Dr. Mak (Mayank Amin) saw the grief in seniors’ and patients’ eyes as he drove by Skippack and decided he was going to do something and stand up for his local community.

Dr. Mak reopened Skippack Pharmacy for the community and when COVID-19 struck, it was our community by his side day and night. The stories of Skippack and its superheroes (the community members) echoed around the world. Post pandemic, with our community’s ongoing support, the pharmacy signed a lease for another 5 years and will keeps its doors open. We are excited to celebrate our 5th anniversary with you and look forward to many more years of serving our community.
